3. Restaurant Eve, Old Town Alexandria. (My personal fave!)
Best Wine Bar:
1. Cork, Logan Circle. (My fave!)
2. Proof, Penn Quarter.
3. Tie Between: Tallula/EatBar.
Best Cupcakes:
1. Georgetown Cupcake, Georgetown.
2. Hello Cupcake, Dupont Circle.
3. CakeLove. Several DC Locations.
