The winter Restaurant Week dates have been announced, running from Monday, February 16th through Sunday the 22nd. The participating restaurants in DC and Virginia will offer 3-course lunches for $20.09 and 3-course dinners for $35.09. (according the the Washingtonian Mag) Some of the participating restaurants will include: 1789 Farrah Olivia in Old Town and Adour.
