As tradition states, the city of Alexandria withholds their 4th of July celebrations until the 11th, which so happens to be Alexandria's 260th birthday!
Head down to Oronoco Bay Park Saturday, July 11th to listen to the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra playing Tchaikovsky's famous 1812 overture, complete with cannon. The fireworks begin 9:30 p.m.
