Last weekend 35,000 Virgin FreeFest tickets were given away...that's right free of charge. Now Virgin is ready to give away the VIP tickets, but you must earn it! The Free I.P. Program goes a little something like this; volunteer 13hours to help homeless youth and receive one VIP ticket. Note:there are only 230 tickets available.
