It seems that every designer from Dior to Marc Jacobs has jumped on resuscitating the 80's...and by the 80's I mean the "Working Girl" shoulders. These bold, super-sized shoulders are seemingly a very popular item amongst the 2009 Spring couture collections. These are fabulous for couture! But I'm really hoping this doesn't trickle down to the masses.
