Though I was trying to get to bed early last night, when I found out recently ousted Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich was to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman, I quickly changed my plan. Just read a little of the transcript:
Letterman: "Why exactly are you here? Honest to God..."
Blagojevich: "Well, you know, I've been wanting to be on your show in the worst way for the longest..."
Letterman: "Well, you're on it in the worst way."
GOLD! Letterman was definitely on his game last night and it was a nice attempt in getting that talking head of hair to stop proclaiming his "innocence" and comparing himself to Ghandi and such...
