Adam Bernbach of Bar Pilar fame will begin wielding finely crafted cocktails at Chinatown's wine bar extraordinaire, Proof. (Fritz Hahn at Washington Post) Beginning July 13th, Bernbach will surely be bringing explosive cocktail choices to the very wine oriented Proof.
