Well, say no more and sign me up. Today is the first day of World Cocktail Week, the one week dedicated the the wonders of mixed concoctions. The DC Craft Bartenders Guild has organized nightly events here in the nation's capitol.

This is the BIG event folks. The American Cocktail Dinner is a $145 per-person
fundraiser that includes a 5 course dinner from Proof and 10-count them 10 cocktails!
